1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Vitiex Global FZ-LLC. By accessing or using vitiligomart.com (the “Site”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Editorial Policy, Medical Disclaimer, and Affiliate Disclosure.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

VitiligoMart is owned and operated by Vitiex Global FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates.

3. Use of the site
You may browse the Site, read articles, share links, and use any interactive features for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.
- Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content for commercial use without our written permission.
- Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to damage the Site or other users.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation.
- Use the Site to transmit unsolicited marketing, spam, or harassing content.
The Site is intended for users aged 16 and over. If you are under 16, please use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
4. Editorial content and medical disclaimer
VitiligoMart publishes educational content about vitiligo, including treatment options, lifestyle guides, and product reviews. All content is provided for general informational purposes only. Important: The content on this Site is not medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified dermatologist or other healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any treatment, supplement, device, or product. Never delay seeking medical advice because of something you read on this Site.
References to studies, treatments, or products reflect publicly available research and our editorial assessment at the time of writing. Medical knowledge evolves; we do not guarantee that all content is up to date in real time.
5. Products and affiliate links
Products listed on the Site are sold by independent third-party retailers, not by Vitiex Global FZ-LLC. When you click a product link, you are taken to the retailer’s own website, where you complete your purchase under their terms and conditions.

We do our best to ensure product information (price, availability, claims) is accurate at the time of writing, but final pricing, stock, shipping, returns, and warranties are governed by the retailer. We are not party to the sale and we are not responsible for the goods, their quality, or any disputes arising from your purchase.
All products marketed through the Site are positioned as cosmetic, wellness, or lifestyle products. They are not medical devices and have not been evaluated by Vitiex Global FZ-LLC for any specific medical claim.
6. Coaching services
We offer optional one-to-one lifestyle coaching sessions, provided under our RAKEZ Services Licence No. 47032279, registered activity “Lifestyle Development Consultancy”.
Coaching sessions are not medical consultations. They are conversations grounded in personal experience and general knowledge of vitiligo, intended to help you think through choices and find resources. Sanjay and Avani Chandel are not licensed medical professionals.
Booking, fees, scheduling, cancellation, and refund policies for coaching sessions will be set out at the time of booking and form a separate agreement with us. Coaching sessions are typically delivered remotely by phone or video call.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including articles, images, photographs, illustrations, logos, design, code, and brand elements, is owned by Vitiex Global FZ-LLC or licensed to us. The VitiligoMart name and brand are trade marks of Vitiex Global FZ-LLC.
You may share links to our pages on social media or in personal correspondence. You may quote brief passages with attribution and a link back, in line with normal fair use. You may not copy, republish, or repurpose substantial portions of our content for commercial use without our prior written permission.
8. User content and comments
If you post comments, share stories, or otherwise contribute content to the Site, you agree that:
- The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge and is your own (or you have permission to share it).
- The content does not infringe anyone’s rights, defame any person, or breach any law.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and adapt the content on the Site and in related promotional channels (newsletter, social media), with attribution where appropriate.
We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove user content at our discretion, particularly if it is off-topic, abusive, spam, or potentially harmful.

The Site links to third-party websites, including retailers, research databases, and informational resources. These links are provided for your convenience. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites. Your use of any linked site is governed by that site’s own terms and policies.
10. Disclaimers and warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on the Site.
- We do not warrant that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
- We do not warrant any specific outcome from following educational content, using affiliate-linked products, or attending coaching sessions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitiex Global FZ-LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Site, its content, any product purchased through an affiliate link, or any coaching session.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you have paid us directly (for example, for a coaching session) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AED 500, whichever is greater.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vitiex Global FZ-LLC from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of any third-party right.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or if continuing to provide access would expose us to legal or operational risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, governing law) will continue to apply.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied within the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
We always prefer to resolve issues informally first. If you have a complaint or dispute, please email contact@vitiligomart.com before taking any formal action. We will try to respond and find a resolution within 30 days.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. For significant changes, we will give you reasonable notice on the Site or by email if we have your address.
